Betty Le Bon Bon ... Always goes off with a Bang!

More Pinup Girl Clothing (which isn’t too surprising as it makes up the bulk of my wardrobe). No idea where the shoes are from as they’ve been around seemingly forever, and the cardigan is just from Target. I made the accessories and the child. Wearing it over a cheap petticoat I found on ebay. This is one of those dresses that people overwhelmingly comment on. I know I’m not alone - read the reviews on the PUG website and most of the girls will mention that when they wear this dress, people stop and say something about it. I had a woman drive past and yell ‘I LOVE YOUR DRESS’ from her window. Side zip (makes it easier to do up but I’m not a huge fan of side zips because I don’t like how they can sometimes ‘bulge’ out … plus I’m always terrified of catching that sensitive skin around the rib cage/underarm in the zip!), adjustable shoulder straps which I LOVE - I’m not a hugely busty individual and sometimes these sorts of dresses just seem to sag around my bust a bit, so being able to adjust the neckline on this is nice. Stretchy fabric, like most PUG dresses, so it hugs your body and is generously sized. When I was wearing this outfit today, I jumped on the bus and the driver (a middle-aged Spanish bloke) turned to me and said ‘I love your style … it’s retro? Very beautiful!’. 101 ways to make your passengers smile from ear to ear, haha.
